Pauline Tang, Office Administrator

Pauline Tang manages the operational aspects of Alley Law. She is fully bilingual in English and Cantonese Chinese.

Pauline is a certified Suzuki piano teacher, with a M.A. in Music Theory. She started her professional career teaching in Holy Names College where she took on additional administrative responsibilities in the Preparatory Music department. While there she built a student database and transformed the departmental operations with computerized billing and invoicing. Subsequently, Pauline worked as an administrator in the University of Michigan, School of Music Admission’s Office, where again she created and customized databases for the school to streamline various administrative tasks.

Later, Pauline established a piano studio in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and used her computer and organization skills to manage all aspects of the studio in addition to teaching the students. The studio at one point enrolled more than forty students. While music will always be her passion, she loves the dynamics of working with and supporting a team, organizing tasks and streamlining the processes.

Pauline is now enjoying life as an empty nester with her husband. She is active with Chinese Bible Missions Church of Los Angeles, serving as the worship leader as well as a small group leader in both English and Cantonese ministries.
