Special Needs Planning is important if you are caring for a loved one with a disability.  When you care for a loved one with a disability, it is important to plan for the future–especially for a future that they may have without you.  Key parts of that plan will often include a Special Needs Trust, a Letter of Intent, and careful drafting so as to not jeopardize the government benefits your loved one is already receiving.

The team at Alley Law will sit down and help you to carefully map out this plan so that your loved one’s care and future is secure with or without you.
